What an excellent exchange! We had a wonderful time at Michelle's, Dan's and Jaspers. Their home is just perfect and very comfortable with everything you need. Communication was very friendly, respectful and easy. We did discover London apart from all the well known spots. The families information was very helpful. When we returned home, we found a speckles house and a warm welcome back. Our pets were very well taken care of and we say thank you so much for this great exchange.

We stayed there with our two kids from 9 and 6 years old, and it was lots of fun. Michelle provided us with a very good guide from the house and so much things to do in the area. Thanks to that we were not only able to see the big things in London itself (which is a very short train ride), but also the local activities which was very nice. We loved living there as a local. During our stay we also shared our adventures over whatsapp which was great! The house was very comfortable, clean and tidy, and had everything you need. When we came home, they left it so clean, we couldn’t even notice they have stayed here ?. They also looked so well after our cats. Michelle and Dan, Thank you for such a nice exchange! We love to visit London, but we don't like to live in such a hectic city. Your home was ideal, after a day in busy London it was nice to return to our tranquil home away from home. We visited the city, rode our bikes along the Thames and visited several National Trust houses. Surbiton with its magnificent Art Nouveau railwaystation is a nice village to live in and we also enjoyed nearby Kingston-upon-Times. Steven

This was a very successful exchange. We had a great time in Surbiton. Michelle's house is located in a very nice and quiet residential neighbourhood. The train station is within walking distance and there are trains to London every 5 minutes, so this is a great place to stay if you want to explore all the tourist attractions in Central London. There are also plenty of nice places to visit a short drive away from Sheila's home : Hampton Court Palace, Kew Gardens.... The house is small but very comfortable and well equipped. We stayed there with our 3 children and did not feel crowded !There was a very good communication with Michelle before and thoughout the exchange and she gave us plenty of good tips to make the most of our stay.

Wonderful Exchange The McGrath family have a very nice house in Long Ditton which is ideally placed if you want to explore the city but stay in a tranquil suburb. Michelle an Dan are so well organised and the communication we had prior and during the visit was excellent. Everything was as described and the house was immaculate and very well equipped with everything we could have needed. It is just a 10 to 15 minute walk to the station through the park and there is also a very handy bus service which stops just around the corner. Our swap went without a hitch and we returned to our house in perfect condition. If the opportunity arose, we would love to swap with the McGraths again in the future.

We enjoyed our house exchange with the the McGrath family very much. Their house in Long Ditton is very nice and offers easy access to London City as well as to Englands South. Because Michelle an Dan are very experienced in house exchange the organisation of the swap worked without any difficulty. Michelle provided us with an informative home guide. In the house everything what we need was available. We spent two weeks in the McGrath home and we enjoyed every day. Back home in our house we found everything in perfect condition. Our first house swap was thanks to Michelle, Dan and Jasper a brilliant experience.
