Warren and Sofia's home is ideally located to explore the wonderful city of Edinburgh and the surrounding area. The city centre is easily accessible by foot or public transport. There is an excellent network of cycling and walking paths to all nearby places of interest. We particularly enjoyed walking to nearby Newhaven and Leith and enjoyed visiting local pubs and restaurants. A little further away Cramond and North Berwick are also worth visiting. The home was very comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a great holiday. Warren kept in touch during the exchange to ensure everything went smoothly for us. I would highly recommend Warren, Sofia and family as exchange partners.

We enjoyed ourselves in Edinburgh. The house is a great place to explore Edinburgh. Close to the city and also the sea and nice harbor. You can enjoy walking along the boulevard. We received nice tips for a booskhop and Scottish breakfast. We made trips to Falkirk, Cromarty, Loch Ness and Glencoe. Scotland is really lovely!! Thank you for the exchange!!

We had a great time at Warren and Sophie's home. It is in a great location about a 30 minute (lovely) walk in Edinburgh city centre or 10 minutes in the car. There is much to do in the city and in the local area. Amenities are close and there is a lovely garden to sit and relax in. The description on Homelink accuarately described the home. We swapped cars as well which worked out well. Our hosts left us a lovely welcome meal and some local gifts. Thisi is a great place to explore Edinburgh and the surrounding area.

We had a great time at Warren and Sofie's house, which was a great base for our visit to Edinburgh. It is a lovely cosy house in a peaceful location with a beautiful garden. It is well located near to the Botanic Gardens and the coast and well connected with the centre. Communication was excellent before, during and after the exchange and Warren and Sofie provided helpful tips about the area. Our house was left clean and tidy on our return. We had a wonderful week at Warren and Sofie's home. The weather was good so we got to eat in their garden. Edinburgh's main railway station is less than two miles away and the area is crossed by green walking and cycling routes. Warren and Sofie gave us really helpful tips for walking and cycling in the area. We enjoyed eating in the city and in nearby Leith. Trips to Queensferry, the Pentland Hills and North Berwick were easy to make. It was also good communicating with Warren and Sofie. We would exchange again.

Comfortable family home with easy access to Edinburgh centre and a lovely family to exchange with.

Fantastic house, very good situation quiet place. Only 20 min walking to the Edinburgh centre and near beatiful parks. You have supermarket very close the house. Our children enjoy playing at the garden house. We have all what you need. Mc Aree family is very friendly. We have a very easy comunication with they. And Warren help us in our first home exchange. They take care of our house and left the house very tidy. We use their fantastic car and they lent us a car navigator and it was very useful. Our first home exchange was a great experience.

Warren and Sofie's home is very comfortable and ideally located to allow you to explore Edinburgh and the surrounding areas of Leith, Cramond and South Queensferry. We enjoyed visiting the World Heritage Site at Newcastle Lanark and our trip to Stirling Castle, both are a short drive away. From Bangholm Drive, it is a short walk to the Botanic Gardens and then on into the wonderful city of Edinburgh. It was great to meet Warren ,Sofie, Cian and Sara in Dublin airport where we exchanged our house keys. They are a lovely family who took great care of our house. Michael and Mary
