Lovely single family house with spacious rooms, garden and a trampoline. You'll find a sauna in the basement and a large tiled stove in the living area on the ground floor for cooler days. The wood for the tiled stove is kept next to the house. We offer a fully equiped kitchen with a sitting area next to the tiled stove. In the cosy living area you can enjoy your dinner, watch movies on our comfortable couch and you can even play our piano. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms and the large family bathroom (shower, bathtub). In the basement you can find the fourth bedroom as well as the brand new sauna and relaxing area with shower and tea corner. There is also space and equipment for your daily workout (weights).

In our huge garden you can hang out and have nice BBQ nights.

In a 15 minute walk you can reach the highly decorated theme park "Europapark". It has won lots of international awards such as the "Golden Ticket Award".
Rust is a small town next to the "Black Forest". You can find everything you need for every day's life such as groceries, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors and dentists. You can reach the highway within 4 minutes and the next train station in about 5 minutes by car. Freiburg as the biggest city around is only 15 miles away.
