Der Pool und das Heimkino und die Spielesammlung waren perfekt für die etwas schlechteren Tage. An guten Tagen ging es in den Pool im Garten mit Blick ins Weite. Einfach herrlich!

Sandra and Bernd live in a very nice and charming wooden house. We really felt at home there. We spent several evenings watching movies in their home cinema special room. Bernd kindly had made a selection of the films with French language. Kids loved spending time in the pool. The countryside around their house is really beautiful. We made many walks in the nature : nice woods, wondderfull rivers. Thanks again for the different maps with great walks around the house. We also spent time visiting Köln using local trains, its historic downtown , wandering along the river Rhein, through the floral park. We really recommend a house swap with Sandra and Bernd!

Liebe Familie Gottmann, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben uns in eurem gemütlichen Haus sofort wohlgefühlt. Danke für den leckeren Kuchen! Ihr wohnt wunderbar ruhig, es war sehr entspannt. Der Pool war bei unseren Kindern der absolute Hit, bei uns war es eure riesige Terrasse mit unverbautem Ausblick. Mit eurer großen Sammlung an Gesellschaftsspielen hatten wir tolle Spielenachmittage und insgesamt eine entspannte und gemütliche Familienzeit. Vielen Dank dafür! Liebe Grüße, Familie Behrens P.S. We had a wonderful week at Bernd and Sandra's home! The house is very comfy and cosy (and entirely made of wood), with ample space to relax inside and on the outdoor patio (with a great view). We had really high temperatures while we were there so the swimming pool in the garden was perhaps even more than usually a blessing, the kids were in the water all the time! Bernd and Sandra's house is in a dead end street so you'll have peace and quiet all the time, and if you're in the mood for something else Cologne is just half an hour away: the Dom is definitely worth a visit but there's lots more to see and there are endless shopping opportunities as well. The region has lots of possibilities to go walking as well but when we were there it was quite simply too hot to do so. All in all a very very pleasant week, we left wishing it could have been more!

When we arrived it was just snowing around the house (beautiful) Unfortunally it disapeared the next day. We loved the Finnis style of the house. and especially the cosey kitchen. Nice surrounding . We are curious how it is in Summer Paul and Irene from Lelystad (Holland)

Our family of 5 had a fantastic time in this home. We all ahd our own bedroom, the pool was fantastic and we loved seeing the cows in our back yard! Easy access to Cologne was a shirt drive but we also enjoyed the local town - especially the bikes and the bakery right down the road. We would not have changed a single thing - hope we can maybe come back some day!
