You can live in a well equipped and spacious garden flat to get to know Munich and its cultural highlights as well as the many possible attractions in the neighborhood - even if they're in Austria or Switzerland. The flat itself is very spacious - despite our cosy bathroom ;-). From the 35m2 living room you can both enter the spacious balcony as well as our beloved garden. There are two child's rooms with a lot of toys. However, one of the rooms has a big day boxspring bed (1,60m) and can also be used as a common bed room. A car change may be possible upon consultation.
