We live in an extraordinary wooden house built in 1998 with 160 sqm living space on 4 level - in idyllic scenery overlooking the green valley but only 3 driving minutes away from Königsfeld where you can find all shopping possibilities for your daily needs. The house is surrounded by a huge 8000 sqm plot with creek, fireplace and biotope bordered directly by a walking way to Königsfeld.
It's a young wooden house with modern kitchen within a generous living room that is located at the same level as the street. Big south looking windows present a panoramic view over woods and meadows. Downstairs(!) - on the second floor - you can find the children's room with two beds, one of them a loft bed. Beside is situated the parent's bedroom with a big kingsize waterbed and next to this is our family bath room. On the bottom is located the guest room with a big double bed and access to the garden, a small guest bathroom, our laundry and a small cellar storeroom. Upstairs our living room we set up our office and children playground under the roof on the top floor.
As we like to travel to Africa our house is decorated with some souvenirs from our holidays there.
You can get outside the house from all levels - also in the garden which invites for a barbecue/braai. As the house is built on a slope little discoverers are invited to explore the different levels. We have a sand place with water tubs and a small fireplace beside it - children can play around the house, on the large meadow or at/in the creek damming the water, climbing on the trees or camping on the meadow or beside the house.
