We live just in the middle of Frankfurt in popular district Bornheim, so you may enjoy a big city while at the same time be close to a lot of green areas.

Your are 5 min walking distance from popular (upper) Berger Straße with a lots of coffee shops, ( Frankfurt's well-known Apfelwein) restaurants, organic food shops and small boutiques. At the same time you are 5 min walk to ice cream shop and beginning of green area ('grüne Lunge').

So you may enjoy breakfast on our large balcony in summer or you can have a nice walk along the Main ( downtown ) within 10 min drive.
We offer a reserved parking lot in our underground car park, so if you come by car , you’ll have no problems parking your car . There is a nice playground for toddlers just 5 min walking distance for small as well as for older kids (soccer area, basketball, large meadow.)

Our apartment has 4 rooms ( 106 qm, thereof 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one bathing tube), we are on the first floor (elevator available). Our apartment ist very modern (built in 2019/20), comfortable and family-friendly. Washing machine and dryer are available inside the apartment.

We do have nice summers here .
If you just want to relax the other day , our home is well equipped with WLan, Sonos , Netflix.

We are looking for our first home exchange in 2022 , but we are home exchangers in the 2. generation ! Now we want to try ourselves around easter 2022 ( one week between 11.4-23.4.22) and two weeks in July (25.7-12.8.22) . If you are a couple or a couple with one or two kids/babies , our home will be a cosy home for you .

Looking for Easter (11.4-23.4.22) or summer (25.7-12.8.22). Due to current Covid situation we are looking for a place well-reachable by car (mjkGermany (sea area/ Hamburg).

- close to Taunus (mountain range) and Rheingau (Rheingau valley nearby the Rhine, famous for wines), Frankfurt is close to beautiful old Mainz and Wiesbaden
