Hello. We are Kathrin and Horst with our children Paula and Anton. We live in a quiet area very close to Wuerzburg (125000 people) in the north of Bavaria. Our home is large and very comfortable. It's very child friendly, too. We love great design but only if it's practical. So we've got wooden floors, a big comfy ground floor with large windowfronts to view our beautiful garden with cypresses and olive trees. We have a well designed sauna room in the basement and an extra room in the roof to relax, watch TV or see beautiful sunsets through a panorama window. In the garden there is a playhouse for children and lots of toys to play in the grass and in the sand.

Wuerzburg, a university city, has a very beautiful old and famous downtown with a lot of cultural attractions like castles or churches. The city offers special events and concerts all over the year for example the Mozart Festival, Afrika Festival, Wine Festivals in beautiful locations, several classical and modern concerts and attractions for children like the city children's day or big and famous fairs. It's a very green city with lots of parks, woods and recreation areas like the city beach. The region is famous for its wine and the lovely valley at the river Main. Ideal for strolling, cycling and boat trips.
