Koduvahetuseks pakutava kodu kirjeldus

Unser kleines Ferienhaus liegt in der Nähe von Cochem, in dem kleinen, sehr hübschen historischen Ort Bruttig-Fankel, direkt an den Weinbergen.
Das Haus ein renoviertes Fachwerkhaus aus dem Jahr 1883, ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen, ein kleiner Garten liegt hinter dem Haus. Das Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer,1,5 Bäder, einen gemütlichen Wohn- Eßbereich, eine moderne Küche, Zentralheizung, eine umfangreiche Bibliothek (engl. franz. dt), Stereoanlage, TV, DVD, Spielesammlung, Fahrräder. Draußen sitzt man wunderschön unter einer alten Weinpergola im Schatten, es gibt Liegen und Gartenmöbel. Ein Auto können wir nicht zum Tauschen anbieten, aber eine flinke Vespa 50ccm.

You find our small holiday house in the historic vine village Bruttig-Fankel, close to the vineyards. The house is a renovated timberhouse from 1883, quiet in a blind alley. You will love to sit under our beautiul pergola or in the smal garden. The house has 3 sleeping rooms, 1,5 bathrooms, a cosy living room with a modern kichen and a familiyroom. We don't offer a car but a 'fast' Vespa Piaggio 50ccm and bikes.

Bruttig-Fankel ist ein kleines historisches Dörfchen an der Mosel, nur 2 Stunden von Frankfurt oder 1,5, Stunden von Köln entfernt (wo wir wohnen) In einer dreiviertel Stunde ist man in Koblenz und in einer Stunde in der alten Römerstadt Trier. Von unserem Haus aus kann man unmittelbar in die Weinberge gelangen. Bootstouren starten im Nachbardorf Beilstein - alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Radtouren bieten sich an, gemütlich entlang der Mosel oder für Trainierte durch die Weinberge. Im Ort finden Sie einen Bäcker, eine Bank, und viele hübsche Weinlokale. Die nächst größere Stadt ist Cochem (7 km) mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem großen Schwimmbad. Die Menschen sind gastfreundlich und von mosellanischer Gelassenheit. Interessante Plätze (mit dem Zug von Cochem aus): Koblenz (0:30h), Heidelberg (1:47 h), Frankfurt (2:10), Stuttgart (2:29), Berlin (5:20) München (4:42).In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft liegen historische Weinorte, die alle einen Besuch wert sind und etwas weiter weg, die bekannten wie das Jugenstilstädtchen Traben-Trabach (0:40 h) und der Touristenmagnet Bernkastel-Kues (1:20h). Es gibt im Umkreis viele Thermalbäder wie Bad Breisig, Bad Ems, Bad Neuenahr.

From our house you can go directly into the vineyards. Boat trips start in the Nachbardorf Beilstein - everything is within walking distance. Biking tours are offered along the Moselle or for those who are trained by the vineyards. In the village you will find a baker, a bank, and many pretty wine locals. The closest city is Cochem (7 km) with all shopping and a large swimming pool. Interesting places (by train from Cochem): Koblenz (0: 30h), Heidelberg (1:47 h), Frankfurt (2:10), Stuttgart (2:29), Berlin (5:20) Munich (4: In the immediate vicinity there are historic wine places worth a visit and a little further away, such as the Art Noveau Traben-Trabach (0:40 h) and the tourist attraction Bernkastel-Kues (1: 20h). There are many thermal baths nearby Bad Breisig, Bad Ems, Bad Neuenah

Vom Haus aus sind es 200 m bis zur Mosel (Information www.mosella.de oder www.mosel.de und http://www.ferienland-cochem.de.) Es gibt viele kulturelle Attraktionen, Radwege, schöne Wanderwege, interessante Städtetouren:
Trier 1h, Nürburgring 0.40 h, Köln 1.30 h, Düsseldorf 1.50 h, Koblenz 0.30 h, Bonn 1.10 h, Luxemburg 1.30 h, Frankfurt 1.40 h). Das Moseltal ist schnell und günstig über den Flughafen Frankfurt-Hahn (Rynair) zu erreichen und verfügt über ein gutes Autobahnnetz und eine gute Bahnanbindung.
