Hello exchangers! We are Sybille and Pedro - a german/portuguese couple living for more than 30 years in Berlin. We have one daughter (21), she left the house already but sometimes will travel with us.
I work as a HR-Manager and Pedro has his own business in the travel sector (Incoming agency).
We are open-minded, tolerant and friendly - with humanistic values.
Travelling is our passion :-) We love to explore other countries/cultures and meeting interesting people around the world.
We are not looking for luxury houses - we surch authentic accommodation to get more information about country and its people.
In the last years we used a lot AirBnB-offers (so we are quite familar with living in and treathing other peoples houses ).
And last but not least: We love our home city Berlin very much and hope you will too.

Our apartment is located in the middle of the trendy Prenzlauer Berg district. We live on the 4th floor with a beautiful view of Prenzlauer Allee. The apartment (90 m²) has 2 rooms for sleeping and working and a large living room. In addition, a kitchen and a bathroom and a little balcony with nice view. We have one double bed, one single bed and the comfortable sofa in the living room, when pulled out, offers enough space for 2 people more. As we love cooking, our kitchen is fully equipped.

Ümbruskonna kirjeldus
Supermarkets, bakeries, small boutiques and cute cafes are in immediate neighborhood. A weekly street market takes place every Saturday 3 min from our apt. It is definitely worth a visit here. Although we live in the middle of the city, you can walk to 3 beautiful, calm and spacious parks (Mauerpark, Friedrichshain, Bürgerpark Pankow). Playgrounds, fitness centers, swimming pools and cinemas are also in a walking distance. In our backyard you will find our bikes. Cycling is the best way to discover Berlin.

The tram station is directly opposite our house entrance. So you will reach in 5 minutes the Alexanderplatz. From here you can get to all the sights of Berlin in a very short time.

Please do not receive any other guests in our apartment. Children are always welcome but please note, that we have no more toys etc. since our daughter left the house ;-).
