Small, but cozy family flat in a very famous area. We live in a typical “Berliner Altbau” with wooden floor and high ceilings. The apartment has 3 rooms: one large living room with a couch that could be used as a bed also, a small bedroom (double bed and baby bed) and a small children’s (2 beds) room, a kitchen and a bath. It´s located on the third floor and the kitchen and the other two rooms have a very beautiful and for berlin rather untypical nice view over a green and quiet area (school and kindergarten). In the back of the house there’s a little backyard with a swing, a sandbox and a place to sit. We do most of our everyday ways by bike, but there’s a car, that could be used also. We use it to drive to one of nice green areas near Berlin (a lot of nice lakes and forests).
