We live in a three-storey townhouse (plus basement) located on the border of Berlin Prenzlauer Berg and Berlin Friedrichshain. The house was built in 2012 and is very modern. The living room, the kitchen and a bathroom with toilet and shower are on the ground floor. The living room also has access to our garden. The first floor has two spacious children’s bedrooms (which can also accommodate adults) and the main bathroom. The second floor has the main bedroom and another bedroom with one bed for an adult and a crip. From the main bedroom there is access to a lovely and spacious rooftop terrace where we like to have our breakfast or spend time reading. In the basement we have a "bad-weather-"playarea with a swing for kids, a separate guest room (which can accommodate two adults), a sauna for cozy evenings and washing facilities. The garden has kids equipment (a slide, a sandpit and a small trampoline) and also a barbecue.
