The house has four bedrooms (air conditioned master bedroom), two bathrooms, spacious family bathroom with bathtub and shower, the other a guest toilet.
The sunny kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace built as open-plan living area facing south - overlooking the patio, garden and the surroundings.

You and your kids can enjoy swings, ping-pong table, bikes, scooters, waveboards...You will reach a very nice biking trail through the hills and forest land in 5 min starting from our property.

If you want to have a nice time in the house, you will find a Wii game console, board games, Lego etc. Also a PC which you can use.
Within 5min walking distance are a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery with café, several restaurants, beer gardens, doctors, dentist, banks, ice cream parlour.
It really is a perfect location for holidays with a family!
