We live in Saint Brieuc, a small town in Brittany near the sea. Our house of 140m2 is comfortable and very bright.

Ground floor : laundry room, offices.
1st floor : dining room, TV room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (queen size bed)
2nd floor : 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a playroom.

We have a pretty wooden pile on stilts, ideal for breakfast or lunch in the sun, it gives access to the enclosed garden, with trees and swings for children.
The house has 3 levels and is not accessible to disabled persons.
