We are a family of three people. I have two daughters, Emma( 20 years old) who is a student in the Digital Communication in the south of France and Nina ( 15 years old) who is student in High school. I like to travel a lot to exchange and share. Discover the cooking of the whole word. I like nature and Hiking. My favorite activities are yoga, massages and everything related to self well-being, golf, scuba diving, cycling, art ....

Our house benefits from an ideal location, close to all amenities, schools, train station, shops...
It is a real town house completely renovated, bright and warm, with a terrace covered with a green roof and a large garden very quiet.You will find all the necessary comfort to feel at home. The open kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms are pleasant and bright, the living room gives direct access to a terrace and garden and the TV lounge has a fireplace.

Our house is not isolated, our neighbors are calm and quiet. It's located close to all amenities without having to take the car. The neighborhood is friendly. We are located near the forest and a lake ( 5 km). There are also the possibility of hiking from the house.

From our house, it is a short walk for cafés, shops, restaurants, mediatheque library, cinema. There are many activities; Swimming pool, Fitness hall, Hike, Kayak, Mountain bike, Horse riding, big lake nearby to sail and climb trees, jogging(5km), Golf ( 10 km); Discover the forest enchanted and those legends to Paimpont: Merlin the Enchanteur, King Arthur, the Fairy Viviane (20km). Also twice a week there is a market local. Our small town of 6556 inhabitants is located 25 km from Rennes, great culture city ( 15 min by train), 30 min by car from Dinan, a famous medieval city and 45 min from Saint Malo, Corsair city-state. From there you have ferries to the Channel Islands( Jersey, Guernesey, Sark....). You will not be able to leave without having seen the Abbey of Mont Saint Michel( Unesco world heritage city) and Paris(1h35 by train). Brittany is rich in Islands and History, gastronomy and a warm welcome.
