Lyon is very pleasant city with a lot of cultural activities, museums, festivals
Lyon is also known as the gastronomy capital and there are numerous of restaurants and bars. Of course we will share with you our tips!
Since we live in the center of the city, everything is close.
There are also very nice open air markets where you can get the freshest farm products three times a week, just on the Rhone river banks. The promenade along this river is also a must see. There are plenty of terraces and boat-bars where it is plesant to enjoy a drink.

The historical center of lyon is very nice, classified UNESCO heritage, and you will enjoy it for sure. Each neighboohood of Lyon has something to enjoy and if you want to go out from the city, it is very easy. The region is very nice. Beaujolais and Monts d'or are very close to Lyon and so nice. The Alps and its beautiful mountains are less than 2 hours drive from home. The South of France and Provence are also not that far from our place! 3 hours drive and you are in Marseille!

In a word, we are sure that you will enjoy Lyon very much, but in case you want to enjoy something else, Lyon and our flat are very well located to move around.
