Completely quiet house with charming garden in a classified historical area in the center of Angers.
Angers (see http://www.angersloiretourisme.com/en ) is a lively average size town which offers much to do both in (parks, beach, museums, castle, the attraction park 'terra botanica') and around (gateway to the famous Loire Valley -wine and castles-, 1hour30 from Paris with the high speed train, not far from the sea...).
The house dates from the 17th century and has 5 bedrooms (one ensuite) : 4 double bedrooms and one single + an independant ensuite double bedroom in the garden. We hope you'll love it as much as we do! Lots of DVDs and blue rays, books in English, TV, Xbox360... Bicycles of all sizes.


Our four children are well behaved and used to travelling and taking good care of other people's houses. We do not smoke and have a turtle (no care needed).
