Welcome to our beautiful home, only 12 minutes from downtown Oslo by tram, 5 minutes by car. From this area you are close the the city center and to lakes and forests. The local focal point Holtet is 3 minutes from the property. The trams stop here (2 minutes), there are shops including the pharmacy and Norway’s most renowned food market, Jacobs. A few more minutes will take you to Ekeberg, the area for the world’s biggest football tournament for children and youth in August, is a charming recreational area whether you prefer forest or park, or restaurant with a terrace view of all Oslo. Ekeberg kulturpark is now open, with open-air sculptures by artists of world renown. All access is free of charge.

In winter there is a short walk to skiing and playing grounds, and Tryvann vinterpark, for those who like advanced alpine skiing challenges, is easily accessible by metro. Oslo also has several hundred square kilometres of forests and lakes, with 100s of kms of paths in summer.
