Bella Vista is a quite neighborhood with clean air and easy access to beautiful, (UNESCO designated) downtown San Miguel de Allende. (Rated #1 City in the World by Conte Naste magazine). Our home is called "CASA ABSTRACTO" because of the many abstract paintings that adorn the walls, painted by the owner. It is a very safe and comfortable home. San Miguel is excellent for walking and taxis are only $60MX ($3USD). I tell all my friends that I live in a 400-year old "Museum." After 5-years of being a full-time resident, I am still in awe and amazed by living in the color, light and year-'round Spring-time weather here. Costs of entertainment, food and transportation is quite a bit lower than the USA and Europe. The house is fully furnished with a new "Sun Room" for reading, yoga, writing...whatever you desire.
