Our 1 bedroom condo on the third (top) floor, is bright, north facing with a partial city and mountain view. All levels (garage to third floor) are accessible by elevator. The balcony where we often sit on sunny days and barbecue almost year round, overlooks a quiet newly renovated garden courtyard. All appliances are new including the Blomberg washer and dryer which is in a pantry/laundry off the kitchen. There is a smart TV with NETFLIX, cable and an excellent sound system. Bed, memory foam mattress and bed linens are recent purchases.The location is superb—a five minute walk to Granville Island Market, shops, restaurants, cinema and theatre district. We are also minutes from the waterfront with walking and bike routes. The condo is also three minutes from transit or a twenty-five to thirty minute walk to city centre. From Coal Harbour you can take a quick ferry to North Vancouver or the float plane to Victoria on Vancouver Island or one of the Alaska cruise ships. There are also convenient transit connections to UBC, Vancouver Island and Sunshine Coast ferries, skytrain, rail station and Canada Line to airport. Vancouver Island, Whistler, The Gulf Islands and gorgeous west coast are a accessible by ferry and/or car. The US border is about a forty minute drive. Seattle, San Francisco, Calgary are easily accessible by flight or the gorgeous VIA rail train trip down the coast. The stunning Okanagan wine country is about a four hour drive.
