My neighbourhood is very quiet. The house is close to several welcoming coffee shops, trendy restaurants and supermarkets. Québec city is at 20 minutes by car and Montréal, 2.5 hours. Nearby, you’ll find everything you’ll need: groceries, pharmacys, shopping centers, restaurants and more in a 5 minute drive. If you feel like walking at sunset by the Saint-Lawrence River, you can reach it in a five minutes drive or a short 15 minute walk.

A 15 minute drive by the river will take you to the great “Terrace de Levis” where you will discover one of the greatest views of the Old Quebec and his prestigious Château Frontenac. From there, you can also access the ferry that can take you right into the heart of this famous old town. And there is so much to discover, from exceptional architecture to famous squares, museums, boutiques, restaurants, the notorious terrace Dufferin, Plaines D’Abraham, le Parlement and so many treasures to ravish your eyes, heart and spirit.
If you wish to see more and escape a little farther, you can also reach spectacular landscapes of Charlevoix in a 1 hour, 30 minute drive. In this purely inspiring region, so much charm and enchantment will please you: Le Manoir Richelieu, Port-au-Persil, Saint-Irénée, Baie St-Paul, Les Eboulements, Petite-Rivière St-Francois, Tadoussac (whales watching) etc. If you like local crafts, art and local gourmets products, you will be happily surprised.

If you’re only looking for a day in the country side, don’t miss a great getaway in l’Île d’Orléans. In a 30 minute drive you will enter this charming unforgettable island.
