We live in a quiet, treed area but are very close to amenities. There are only eleven units in our building and twenty seven in total. The bus stops to take you to downtown, to nearby Grouse Mountain , to Edgemont Village and the sea bus terminal are within 100 yrds. However, you can walk to the village shops in ten minutes and shopping malls are a ten minute drive. Capilano Suspension Bridge is one block away. In the right weather conditions, it is possible to ski in the morning and sail in the afternoon. Nearby Ambleside Park has a great sea wall walk and beach. Several golf courses are an easy drive from the apartment and there are many walking trails in the area.
