Our home is ideal for small families or couples. It has 4 bedrooms on the main floor, one of which is a complete office for you to use to stay on top of your work if needed.

The other 2 bedrooms are currently used as children bedrooms. 1 is quite large with a queen size bed and suitable for 2 adults and the other has an elevated bed with a desk under it. The last bedroom is the master with 4 piece ensuite.

We have a family room downstairs with two pull-out single beds and a 2 piece bathroom. We aren't TV watchers, so we only have a little 32" flat screen in the family room downstairs.

The back deck is great for BBQ'ing and hanging out. We have a large, fenced backyard ideal for kids to run about and jump on the trampoline.

You can feel safe letting your kids run with the others on our street - it's a great community with friendly neighbours. But if you don't have kids, that's OK too! The houses that aren't filled with kids are delightful retirees that have lived here a long time.

Everything within Courtenay/Comox is within 15 minutes - that's shopping, beaches, golf courses, restaurants, etc. the wilderness is also at the doorstep - scoot up to Mt Washington (Strathcona Park) in about 40 minutes from our house. There's plenty of outdoor recreation here!
