The house is nestled among old apple and pear trees on the property on the west side of Bowen Island.

Outside, a covered porch, outdoor fire pit, and outdoor eating on the deck with a teak table for 10. A hot tub and bridge out to a point at the end of our property provides for views and marine wildlife: seals, blue heron and eagles are common, and every now and then dolphins and orca whales make an appearance too.

Inside, the main floor has heated wood floors, kitchen and counter bar, wrap-around dining nook and a separate “games” nook. The den doubles as a sixth bedroom if needed. Window seats and a daybed provide for cozy spots around the house, with views over Barfleur Passage, Keats Island and the Pasley group of islands.

Upstairs, a master bedroom has views over the property, facing south-west and north-west, a secluded office and master bathroom. There are also four smaller bedrooms upstairs and a second bathroom with a shower. The house sleeps ten comfortably. Downstairs, a large rumpus room with a billiards table makes sure there is lots of play room for kids when they're not outdoors. The house is just over 3,000 ft. in size.
