Our house (160 mq) is large and airy with original beams and in a pleasant quiet situation very close to all local amenities.
There are three bedroom, one bathrooms, a living room, a modern kitchen, and a separate laundry room with washer/dryer.
There is an attractive garden with plenty benches to sit in the sun. It would make an ideal centre for a family who would like an outdoor holiday. There are three terraces to move with or against the sun, and a swing for children.
The house is equipped with color TV, a VCR, DVD, and a HiFi set.

Castrovillari is located between the slopes of the Mount Pollino National Park (15 Km) and the Ionian sea coast (30 km), is an oasis of peace and quiet the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday distinguished by good food. Set in the valley Coscile is uniform in two parts separated from the Bridge of the Chain. The old part said Civita is characterized from small alleys and constructions many characteristics. You will find Aragonese Castle, Church of S.Giuliano(16th-century),the 11th-century sanctuary of St. Mary of the castle, the medieval church of the Trinity and the Franciscan Protoconvento. Aristocratic family homes abound. The blackberries important festivity is the Carnival of the Pollino (kept in Feb.-Mar) they parade the allegorical wagons and coming from folk groups from all the world. Of the same kind are the International Festival of the Folklore (between Aug-Sept), Our Lady of the Castle (kept in May). Nearby Large Cities are Bari(101mls), Naples(151mls),Catania(177mls

Castrovillari is center of departure of a great deal of excursions, that has as finishing line the National Park of the Pollino, rich of an uncontaminated and wild nature.Not to lose an excursion to Altomonte.
Subsequently you can reach the country in which you will visit the church of Saint Maria of the Consolation, from the French Gothic style.
The inside contains numerous works of art, among which Four hundred three wooden boxes, realized by the Sanseverino.
To 5 kms you can visit the rests of the convent of Colloreto, founded in the 1545. Laino Castle, Laino Borgo, situated really to the border between Calabria and Basilicata. Morano Calabro, where you can admire the ruins of the Norman Castle, the church of St. Bernardino and the Collegiate one of the Maddalena in Baroque style.
Sibari Greek, rich and powerful city was important, then destroyed. Its name was given to a town sort a little distant. Numerous the testimonies archaeological harvests also in the Museum.
