Hi, we are glad to exchange our appartment in the hart of Dolomiti UNESCO. Our flat is in Alleghe - Caprile, 157 km from Venice airport.
The location is perfect for skiing in the Winter season and hiking in Summer and Fall.
We live in Belluno and we are fond of mountain sports, water sports, of nature in general and of places with interesting history and culture all over the world.

Delizioso appartamento di ca. 60 mq, molto accogliente e ben arredato, con terrazza e incantevole vista sul Monte Civetta e su Rocca Pietore - cantina e garage riscaldato. Si trova a pochi metri dal centro di Caprile in prossimità di tutti i servizi. E' perfetto in inverno per gli amanti dello sci trovandosi in posizione strategica rispetto ai comprensori Dolomitisuperski - www.dolomitisuperski.com – e l’ufficio skipass è sotto casa. E' ideale in estate per gli amanti di escursioni e trekking - www.dolomiti.org. Ci troviamo nelle Dolomiti UNESCO, patrimonio dell'umanità, luogo di indicibile bellezza!
Wonderful apartment of approx. 60 sqm, very cozy and well furnished, with terrace and enchanting view of Mount Civetta and Rocca Pietore. Cellar and heated garage are on the ground floor. It is located a few meters from the center of Caprile, close to all the facilities of the town.
It is perfect in winter for ski lovers as it is in a strategic position close to the Dolomitisuperski ski areas - www.dolomitisuperski.com – and the Skipass office is inside the building. It's ideal also in summer for hiking and trekking enthusiasts - www.dolomiti.org. We are in the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site, a place of unspeakable beauty!

L'appartamento si trova al primo piano in un condominio molto ben tenuto. Al piano terra vi è una banca e un centro estetico, oltre all'ufficio Skipass. Attraversando la strada ci si immette in una bella passeggiata accessibile solo ai pedoni lungo il torrente Cordevole che arriva fino ad Alleghe; a pochi passi da casa vi è un parco giochi per bambini ben attrezzato. Nelle immediate vicinanze dell'appartamento si trovano l'alimentari, il macellaio, il fornaio, un negozio molto fornito di ferramenta e una farmacia, oltre a diversi ristoranti, due pizzerie e alcuni bar. Un negozio di articoli sportivi noleggia attrezzature per lo sci. Nella piazzetta di Caprile vi sono alcuni graziosi negozi per gli amanti dello shopping un po' ricercato.
The apartment is located on the second floor in a very well maintained house. On the ground floor there is a bank and a beauty center, as well as the Skipass office.
Crossing the street you enter a beautiful walkway accessible only to pedestrians along the Cordevole river that reaches Alleghe; a few steps from the house there is a well-equipped playground for children. A grocery store, a butcher, a baker, a well-stocked hardware store ad a pharmacy, as well as several restaurants, two pizzerias and some bars are within reach. We have a sports store that rents ski equipment. In the small square of Caprile there are some nice shops for those who love a bit of unconventional shopping.

La casa si trova in una zona assolutamente eccezionale per chi voglia praticare lo sci alpino. A pochi km si trovano aree sciistiche di eccellenza - www.dolomitisuperski.com / www.dolomitistar.com. In alta stagione vi sono navette che passano per Caprile a pochi metri da casa e portano agli impianti, perciò non serve spostare la propria macchina. In estate le possibilità di escursioni di ogni grado di difficoltà nelle zone circostanti sono innumerevoli. Caprile è nota anche all'estero per essere un luogo strategico per chi ama le attività in montagna. Ci troviamo nelle splendide Dolomiti UNESCO, a detta di molti le montagne più belle del mondo!
Cortina e Belluno sono a poco meno di un'ora di macchina e meritano sicuramente una visita.
Se siete alla ricerca di una vivace vita notturna, non è questo il posto più adatto.
The house is located in an absolutely exceptional area for those who want to practice alpine skiing. A few kilometers away there are ski areas of excellence - www.dolomitisuperski.com / www.dolomitistar.com. During the Winter season there are shuttles that stop in Caprile a few meters from the house and bing you to the lifts. So there's no need for you to use your car. In Summer there are countless opportunities for excursions of all grades of difficulty in the surrounding areas. Caprile is also known abroad as a strategic place for those who love outdoor and mountain activities. We are in the beautiful Dolomites UNESCO, according to many the most beautiful mountains in the world!
Cortina and Belluno are just under an hour's drive away and are definitely worth a visit.
If you are looking for a place with a lively nightlife, maybe it should not be your first chioice.
