Perfect home for visiting Galway.
We had a really lovely time in Galway. Aisling and David’s home was perfect for us. We had everything that we needed and it was warm and comfortable. All information that we received was accurate and it was a pleasure to communicate with them. We visited the Aran Islands, met some relatives nearby, and spent a day in Galway city shopping and listening to traditional Irish music.

Koduvahetuseks pakutava kodu kirjeldus
Plans made for summer 2019. We have a beautiful detached cottage completely renovated in 2015. Spacious home close to the picturesque village of Clarinbridge (2 km) and Oranmore village (5km), & Galway city (20 mins drive). We have four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 ground floor bedroom and bathroom) tv room, open plan kitchen, dining and living area. We have all conveniences required, child friendly with lots of toys, sandpit, slide and a large garden. Our cottage dates to 1900's and original features include stone fireplace. We have underfloor heating on both floors, constant hot water, making it a cosy home to relax in.
Galway Bay Golf Club, Sailing Club and Renville Park are within 15 minutes drive . Galway City 20 minute drive. The Burren is a short drive and Connemara an hour away. This is a fantastic base to explore The Wild Atlantic way. Dublin City is two and a half hour drive away. Shannon airport is 50 minutes drive.

Clarinbridge is a small village, approximately 15 minutes drive south of Galway, Ireland. Our neighbourhood is a rural setting/farming community. There are beautiful woodlands to explore nearby including a walled garden. The river Clarin flows through Clarinbridge. Clarinbridge offers lovely restaurants, café, pubs, antiques shop, boutique and homewares store. Nearby Oranmore offers restaurants, pubs, cinema, children's playground, sailing (Renville Park), golfing (Galway bay Golf Club), swimming pools, children's indoor play area (Busy Bee's) and bowling. Easy drive with all the amenities and short distance to Galway City, Co Clare, Dublin (2 hours drive) and all the Wild Atlantic way has to offer.

On our doorstep is the Kilcornan Woodlands and Estate.
Renville park (short drive), from here you can see Galway Bay and rocky coastline; the stately ruins of Ardfry Castle (built in 1770), the grey-blue hills of the Burren and Black Head to the south-west, and on a very clear day, the mountains of Connemara to the north-west.
Take a scenic drive along the Wild Atlantic Way. http://www.wildatlanticway.com/home/. Take the ferry from Doolin to the Aran Islands, visiting the Cliffs of Moher, Ailwee Caves, Burren sanctuary, Kinvara.
The Burren is located in northwest County Clare, on Ireland’s western coastline. In geological terms, the Burren is a superb example of a glaciokarst landscape. The region is underlain by limestone, a soluble rock, which has dissolved to form an array of unusual surface and underground karst landforms that have been modified by the effects of glaciation
