Very special house, ideal to visit Amsterdam, walking distance to the centre, after a long day of walking through the centre, you can take the subway back home.

We enoyed our stay very much at Hanneke and Michiels home. The house is very pleasant, spacious and comfortable and well situated in Amsterdam East. The house is located on a peaceful and quite square with garden The communication before the homeswap was friendly from the beginning. We used the bikes to explore Amsterdam and went to the Vondelpark and biked along the canals. We walked nicely through the neighborhood, with a lot of cute bakeries and shops. Because of COVID the museums and shops were closed. We would like to come back once and visit Amsterdam when everything is open again. Thanks a lot!

Oh, we had the best time in this beautiful and spacious Amsterdam townhouse. We cycled a lot, we swam in the river, that is only steps from home, we enjoyed a little boat tour through the grachten, we loved the neighbourhood and the whole city. Michiel and Hanneke were great hosts, we had good communication throughout the whole trip. This vacation was a big success for all of us!

We had a great exchange with Michiel and his family. Amsterdam is a wonderful city and the lovely house is in a nice area in walking distance to the city center!
