Family paradise: Modern Family House with Pool near Madrid's Heart

Welcome to our family paradise!

We are a family of 7, my wife, myself, our 3 children and two dogs. We have lived in a few countries and we love to travel.

Our house is located in Madrid's outskirts, our house offers a bright open space living / dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms ensure a good night's sleep, while the backyard oasis includes a swimming pool, grill area, and multiple seating areas to enjoy the weather and al fresco dining. House includes fast speed wifi and central heating / cooling in all rooms. The house can accomodate comfortably up to 8 guests. This is our main house so you will find all the ammenities needed.

The house is located in the north area of the city. Real Madrid Bernabeu Stadium is a 20-minute drive away, Puerta de Alcala or Plaza Mayor are 30-minute away. Our spacious and inviting home is the perfect getaway for families seeking a great place to stay and enjoy the swimming pool, while having the opportunity to enjoy everything Madrid has to offer.

Arriving to the house you will find the 8x4-meter swimming pool, with a sitting area under the shade by its side. On the backgarden you will find a dining table for 8 people and ping pong table. On the side of the garden you will find the BBQ area and an additional dining table for 4 people.

Step inside into the groundfloor, and you'll find the open space on the ground floor that connects the kitchen, TV area, dining room, and living room. The dining room sits 8 people. The modern design of the house means it is full of light. Also downstairs there's an additional room with a sofabed and desk that can be used as an additional sleeping room or as a working space, together with a full bathroom. Next to the kitchen you will find the laundry room.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms, the master bedroom with a king size bed, and three additional bedrooms with single beds plus extra pull out beds. There are three full bathrooms on this floor.

One more set of stairs and you will find the attic. This attic includes an additional working space with desk plus a TV area.

The house is located in a suburb north of the city. It is just 1 mile away from this Shopping Outlet https://ss-de-los-reyes.thestyleoutlets.es/es. It is just a short drive to the key highlights of Madrid, Real Madrid Bernabeu Stadium is 20-min away, Puerta de Alcala 30-min and Plaza Mayor also 30-min. Also from our house you can start walking or mountain biking, there are several routes.
