Our house is free on Eastern 2024. We are in Greece from 26th of March till 07th of april. If you would like to spend some time at lake Starnberg, please contact us. Probably it will be difficult to find a date for an exchange to your house, so if you want to give us some money, it would be great. It would be amazing, if you can feed our guinea pigs.

Our small and cozy house is in walking distance to Starnberger See, one of the exclusive recreation areas in the outskirts of Munich. Centrally located in the small town of Tutzing there is everything needed day to day close by. At the same time, you can start your family adventure into the forest right from the doorstep. Mountains in the south and Munich to the north are easily accessible by train, with the train station in walking distance as well.

The house may not be large, but it hosts families with two or three kids easily. Built in 2013 the appliances and bathrooms are modern. The parents enjoy a little distance from the kids in our quiet bedroom in the souterrain. Upstairs are three kids rooms and bathroom with shower and tub. Open kitchen and the relax area around the fireplace (no TV) as well as a smaller bathroom are on the first floor.

This is your place if you want to relax without moving much, are looking for a central location for day trips into the alps and the mandatory visit to the city of Munich.
