What a lovely house and family to exchange with. The farmhouse is very charming, the interior is warm, cosy and exceptionally decorated. Our kids played a lot with the cats and we very much enjoyed eating the fresh eggs in the mornings. We had a great time in and around the house with the pool, the hammock, the ping pong table and of course taking care of the animals. The surroundings are very interesting. We made tips to Blois, the castle of Chambord, Trôo and Vendôme. We also did some very nice wine tastings. Too much to mention! ? Florence and Olivier were very helpful with advices. We really felt ourselves at home here! Thank you so very much for this wonderful exchange!

We loved the house and the surroundings! The house is very charming and "French", since Florence has this special gift of being creative and finding rustic furniture and porcelain. The kids played a lot wit the cats and we all enjoyed fresh eggs in the mornings:-) The family was very helpful all through the vacation regarding giving advice on what to explore etc. which made it very easy and it felt as visiting friends.

Merci pour ce bel échange. Ce fut très simple, et pour une fois nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer nos "échangeurs". La maison de Crucheray est très agréable (beau comité d'accueil), avec une très belle décoration, et elle est parfaitement située pour découvrir la région qui est magnifique. Florence nous avait laissé un Hachis dont le souvenir nous fait encore saliver.

Nous avons bien profité de votre agréable maison pour nous reposer au calme, lire, cuisiner et se balader dans la campagne environnante. Nous avons aussi profité de votre jolie région pour visiter. Nous avons passé deux semaines reposantes à Crucheray, dans un véritable havre de paix. La maison, très joliment aménagée est très agréable à vivre, le jardin également. Les plus beaux châteaux sont proches et faciles d'accès, la jolie petite ville de Vendôme, possède tout ce qu'il faut pour des vacanciers. Nous avons également aimé Orléans, avec l'ancienne mairie qui se visite, et qui est autant appréciable à visiter qu'un petit château, ça vaut le détour. Nos hôtes nous avaient préparé un délicieux repas, et nous avions tout ce qu'il nous faut pour nos petits déjeuners (yaourts maison, céréales maison, excellents !). Nous les en remercions vivement.

Un grand merci pour l'invitation! On a passé un séjour fabuleux dans votre maison encore plus charmante en réalité que sur photo! Une maison très authentique où on pouvait "respirer" l'amour pour la déco et la gastronomie de ses habitants sympa. Et où on se sentait vraiment "at home". Merci aussi pour tous les conseils touristiques et culinaires. Comme on est tombé amoureux de votre jolie maison et région, on reviendra volontierement! ;-)

Quel bonheur de se retrouver à la campagne et au petit matin d'aller chercher les oeufs frais des poules. Nous conseillons la maison pour tous celles et ceux qui veulent découvrir la région autour de Blois et qui aiment la campagne !!

Thank you very much, Florence & Olivier, for your hospitality... We loved staying in your charming house. We loved the cosiness, the atmosfere, the warmth of your house full of antiques. We felt at home the minute we stepped in and we enjoyed all the little attentions you left us. We had a great time in and around the house with the pool, the hammock, the swings,... We enjoyed taking care of the hens and the cats. Especially the children loved petting them and were really fond of the cats and of course of Ginger the freedom-hen :-) We made a lot of nice trips: the castle of Chambord, Tours, Zooparc Beauval, baignade naturelle, GrandAquarium, Safari train, Blois. We ate at a few lovely adressess you gave us: Bidon5Café and Coté Bistrot. We especially enjoyed Vendôme, a little city so close and so cosy we went there several times. Although it was your first houseswap, it felt like exchanging with "anciens". We had such a great contact it didn't feel like we are strangers to each other...
