LOOKING FOR EUROPEAN LONG WEEK END BREAK - Ideally situated in the old part of town, my lovely appartment is spacious and light. Legolas the cat will welcome you (and maybe try to escape to the courtyard !) and this could be the perfect place for you to discover the vineyards of Burgundy and the Unesco Heritage sites.
The Flat is 75 m2, the front door opens up on the corridor and the kitchen on your left. the corridor leads to the front room, with high ceilings, very light with two windows overlooking the street
Lovely big bedroom (King size bed). In the front room the sofa bed is also a king size bed with a proper mattress.
The windows are new (2023 and soundproof so you won't hear the cars in the street)
There is a shower room and seperate toilet.
The kitchen has everything a cook could wish for :-)
I now have a second bedroom (ensuite) upstairs if needed (separate entrance)
The flat is ideally situated in the old town center, walking distance from everything (Hospices de Beaune, wine museum, Climats de Bourgogne interactive map,wine tastings, wine bars, shops and restaurants)
Strictly no smoking.
Legolas lives there full time so you will be asked to feed him and clean his litter tray if you are staying more than 2 nights.
