beautiful city, easy access to downtown, culture, shopping. Lots to do also with small children. Nice parks, accessible by bike (safe bike lanes also for kids). Nice small garden. Thank you.

A great place in town, very convenient to explore Antwerp, Brussels, Bruges, and even the Netherlands! We had great times out and around when it was sunny, and very interesting times in museums when it was cloudy: two weeks weren’t quite enough to enjoy all that Belgium has to offer. The house is practical, especially for a family life. The garden is nice and provides funny croquet games, the neighborhood is quite and friendly. Lies’s family is sweet, and have been very helpful all along our stay.

We had an amazing family adventure in Antrwep which was greatly facilitated by the Frijters family. It was our first exchange and we learned a great deal from our exchange partners in how to make guests live and experience the country just as they do. The house is spacious and full of character with great systems in place for family life - it was perfect for a family holiday with small children, the information provided was insightful and thorough. We really enjoyed our stay in the lively Anwerp. Lots of markets( flea, exotic ...) many different museums to visit , interesting local brewery ,wonderful central station, cathedral and zoo.Not to forget parks and green areas right in the city ! Lies and Nelis's 3 storey home is spacious, they welcomed us with delicious local beers and dish, 2 adult bikes were at our disposal and they have welcoming neighbours .

We had a wonderful stay in Antwerp. The house is charming and very well located for going around in Belgium and visiting the city.
