We are seeking exchanges in the UK and France for the northern spring and summer of 2019 and also in Northern America (especially Canada) for the northern spring and summer of 2020. We are always interested in any offer, anywhere.

The 82sqm apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated old "Queenslander" home and has full kitchen and large dining/lounge room and 2 bedrooms each with ensuites. We live in a separate house upstairs.

Brisbane is a vibrant modern city with much to do. You can walk to the city centre or there is a frequent bus service right outside the house. A river ferry service is 6 mins walk.

Southbank Parklands with its swimming lagoon and beach is 6 minutes by bus or 35 minutes walking. This is situated beside the Brisbane River right in the city centre.

It is 30 mins by car to the beaches at Moreton Bay or an hour to the ocean beaches at the Gold and Sunshine Coast
