Coolum Beach is situated in one of the most beautiful environments in Australia, and is just 10 minutes south of Noosa Heads and just over an hour from Brisbane and an easy one hour flight from Sydney to our local Sunshine Coast airport.
Our Villa has both ocean and rainforest views, stunning artwork and elegant furnishings. All bedrooms have access to their own private deck; There are marble and granite finishes throughout. The King and Queen bedrooms have their own ensuites with spa baths. The third and fourth double bedrooms share another well appointed bathroom.

We have recently refurbished the whole apartment.

The Villa is open and light with two beautiful large decks looking out over the ocean where you can sun bathe in total privacy. We are surrounded by rain forest and there is a lovely infinity swimming pool set in a rain forest garden.
The home is very comfortable and spacious and is appointed to the highest standards.

You wake up in this tranquil and secluded Villa to the sounds of tropical rainforest bird life.

Coolum Beach is a fantastic location to explore the Sunshine Coast and the surrounding inland areas including the Glasshouse Mountains. In addition, you can easily fly to Sydney, Melbourne and Cairns from the local Sunshine Coast -(Maroochydore) airport a few minutes away.

We also have easy access to the Great Barrier Reef and Fraser Island as well as a local PGA golf course at the Coolum Palmer Resort (previously a Hyatt site), only a few minutes from the Villa.

The Sunshine Coast is just 90k north of Brisbane the State's capital and 15 minutes south of the renowned Noosa Beach and Headlands. We are so convenient to everything. Walk on unpolluted golden beaches, our Villa has beautiful views across the water. Within easy reach of national parks and tropical rain forests including our own rainforest with a beautiful rainforest swimming pool.

As well as the International Airport in Brisbane there is a local airport with multiple inexpensive flights each day to and from Cairns, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and the Great Barrier Reef.

For those interested in golf we are only a ten minute walk or a two minute drive from the world famous Greg Norman designed PGA golf course at the Hyatt Coolum Resort. The Hyatt Resort also has a well equiped Gym and Day Spa and a number of lovely restaurants to compliment the local Coolum Beach coffee shops and restaurants.... and of course Noosa Heads is only a very short drive away.

The Sunshine Coast has abundant attractions: Australia Zoo, The Ginger Factory, The Big Pineapple, Underwater World, and whale watching on Fraser Island, the world heritage-listed sand island. Take a short drive into the mountainous hinterland to the Mary Cairncross Park and the stunning volcanic Glasshouse Mountains, bush-walk and observe native flora and wildlife.

Our villa home provides you with all the comfort and convenience needed for a relaxing holiday - we are in a particularly exclusive area above point Arkwright and a short stroll to 3 beautiful beach coves as well as direct access to Coolum Beach ? pristine sands and beaches and rainforest!.
