Upper Floor - Large loft with 75” smart TV, large master bedroom with king bed and en-suite 5-piece bath, two additional bedrooms with king and queen beds with a full Jack-and-Jill bathroom, office that can be used as an extra bedroom with a high quality self-regulating queen air mattress, an additional 3/4 bathroom, dual-monitor loft area work/gaming station, laundry. Loft and master bedroom are both large enough for queen air mattresses if desired. (Sleeps 8/12)

Bottom Floor - Large living area with TV, two bedrooms each with queen beds and one perfect for addition of crib/play pen/twin sleeper, 3/4 bathroom, kitchenette equipped with small fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, laundry. Living area/family room large enough for two queen air mattresses if desired. (Sleeps 4/8)
