• Outstanding retreat home!

  Colette and Rod's contemporary home is immaculately presented and situated in a very peaceful and private setting close to several beaches accessed by charming walks through the bush. They generously made up the main king bedroom for our stay where there was ample storage room, a terrace and lovely views. A car is necessary for this stay and there are many destinations north, south and in the interior within close proximity: historic villages, art galleries, coastal boardwalks, Gondwana forest, historic jetty and market. Special highlights were discovering kangaroos living across two headlands and distant views of whales migrating north. Colette/Rod have collated excellent instructions and there was a very useful catalogue of pamphlets with ideas for things to do. They also have a great collection of books for those days chilling in this lovely home. We met the French neighbours and enjoyed a pleasant evening with them. A bonus! With thanks for a great stay across nine days - a perfect length of time for unwinding.
