Pasadena Hills home. This is a very quite residential neighborhood 5 minutes drive from beautiful old town Pasadena and the Rose Bowl. The drive to downtown LA and Hollywood is around 15-20 minutes and the beach is around 30 minutes away. The neighborhood is beautiful and wooded - you would never know you are so near to Los Angeles. We are in the famous San Rafael hills. About a 10-15 minute walk away is where the original Batman Series Mansion was located (it is now burned down). We have two bedrooms one with double and the other with a queen bed. Each bedroom has a large balcony with umbrella, table and beautiful views. On the first floor we have a large patio and natural gas grill great for outdoor enjoyment year around. In the small private backyard is a hot tub. Fast internet (up to 200 Mbps down) and complete television with AppleTV in each room and the Family/Living room. Like most of the USA - you really need a car to get around the area but public transportation does exist - and there is always UBER. Grocery shopping is just down the hill - steep if your are walking loaded with groceries. There are A LOT of stairs. This is a two floor home and it is 4 flights of stairs to the front door from the street - so this is not a good choice if you have a physical disability and trouble with stairs.
