Our light and bright, custom built 3,000 square foot (280 square meter) one-level home is located in beautiful Moss Creek, a gated residential golf, tennis and marina community located 15 minutes from Hilton Head Island, South Carolina's famous beaches. Moss Creek is home to bald eagles, osprey, egrets, ibis, and other wildlife that thrive in the tidal marshes of South Carolina’s Low Country. Play golf, tennis, swim, go to the beach or just sit on the deck and enjoy the view. It's a lovely 10-minute walk to the swimming pool and fitness center or ride our bikes!

Explore historic Savannah, Georgia (45 minutes) or lovely Charleston, SC (2 hours). The closest larger airport is Savannah (SAV), located 45 minutes away. Hilton Head Island (HHH) has a small airport that is 15 minutes away with flights to Charlotte, DC, Phila, Newark, New York, Boston and Chicago. Orlando, Florida and Walt Disney World is 5 hours' drive away. Our home has three bedrooms and 3.5 baths with wonderful pond and golf course views. The kitchen opens to family room and rear deck overlooking a pond and the golf course. Features include large living room and dining room, fireplaces, private master suite with king bed, well-appointed bath with jacuzzi tub. There are two guest bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and queen-sized bed. Off street parking with two-car garage.
