We have a large, 3-storey Farmhouse, built in 1895, renovated in 2004, with 4 bedrooms (on the second floor) and 3 bathrooms. There is also an integral flat on the top floor with a further double bedroom, living area, bathroom, and some catering facilities, which can also be available. Although this our main residence we are also open to non-simultaneous exchanges as we are frequently travelling in the UK and abroad.

Cornwall is one of the most desirable places to stay in the UK. There are gorgeous beaches, unique markets, surfing, local cuisine and breathtaking views. Cornwall is great for a family holiday, a break with friends or a romantic getaway.

Ground Floor: a large kitchen with dining area and living area, 3 nice good sized reception rooms, utility room, toilet.

2nd Floor: Master bedroom + ensuite, guest room + ensuite, big bathroom, two further double bedrooms, a very large reception/games room with TV, play station etc.

3rd Floor: Now an integral 1 bedroom flat, accessed through the house. Consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, an open plan living room, bathroom and some catering facilities. We have broadband wifi through the house.
