Brighton is a very special seaside city only one hour from London. Our house is 10 minutes from the sea and 15 minutes from the centre of Brighton (by car or train). We are 2 minutes from a train station and 5 minutes walk from the bus stop. We are within easy travelling distance of London or the beautiful Sussex countryside.

Our house has four bedrooms (one with an ensuite bathroom), a play and computer room, kitchen and diner, living room and separate toilet and bathroom. We also have a city garden, and a patio. We are a happy easy-going family with a very comfortable home and lovely friendly neighbours. David loves gadgets so our home has lots of tech - Playstation 4, really big TV, Cable and Wifi etc.) We have a seven seater car and if we are not driving, this would be available for swapping.
