We had a fabulous stay and explored so much of central London whilst we were there. The apartment is very cosy and comfortable and Charlotte had left everything we needed for a lovely visit...what a wonderful host and a delightful home!

It was an absolute pleasure to swap with Charlotte. All was well organised and a welcoming home in the heart of London was ours for a week. So much to do but our highlights included a 2 hour walking tour of the square mile, and a visit to Tate Britain. On another day we did the War Rooms which we followed that evening with Operation Mincemeat- the musical! Both were great. And we skirmished around Pimlico, Westminster, Belgravia for hours on foot and extended our wanderings to Battersea Park and the revamped power station. Never a dull moment!

Just a perfect place in a perfect location. Who would have thought that central London could be so peaceful and with such a wonderful community feel of friendliness. The accommodation is so well and interestingly designed and is clearly a much loved home with something interesting and beautiful wherever you happen to glance. Charlotte went the extra mile to make her home welcoming and also the same when we returned home. A gem of a place and host. And a sunny balcony for tea drinking too !

Thanks very much Charlotte. It was a great privilege to stay in Charlotte's beautiful home in such a spectacular location in London. We very much enjoyed strolling round the city centre and parks, meeting friends, art galleries, and theatre. Charlotte is a very kind host and did all she could to make us feel comfortable and welcome.

Communication with Charlotte has been fantastic. What a lovely warm and welcoming woman. The flat was very comfortable with everything needed for a great stay. The flat is light and airy and has a definite London feel, Pimlico having just the right amount of hustle and bustle, fabulous coffee shops and restaurants. We walked almost everywhere and saw all the must see shows, galleries, parks, palaces and river walks. An excellent exchange and an excellent host.

A gracious, comfortable and interesting home in a very accessible part of the city. A peaceful location yet within very easy reach of all popular sights with the added bonus of buses and train stations nearby.

We had a wonderful stay in Charlotte's flat - right in the centre of London but also in a lovely buzzy neighbourhood with lovely local shops and restaurants. So much to see and do in London of course and the flat is lovely central sanctuary from all the activity London has to offer. Would recommend going by public transport wished we had got the bus as Victoria bus station is very near. Also recommend getting Santander bikes as it is very flat and travelling by bike so easy and it was sunny and warm when we visited. Charlotte was very easy to deal with and left our house as she found it. We would love to swap again! Lucy and family
