Six-year-old, modern, stand-alone, townhouse in Mairangi Bay, arguably the best suburban beach in NZ, on the North Shore of Auckland. Five minutes walk to the village (restaurants, cafes, shops, med centre) and two minutes further to the beach and coastal walkways.

We bought all-new furniture and appliances when we moved into the house. There are four bedrooms - one contains gym/exercise gear. The middle level has kitchen, dining, family room, gym/bedroom, bathroom and a sun deck with a retractable awning. Built-in garaging and internal access from the garage to the house.

The large master bedroom is the only room on the upper level so is very quiet and private. It has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe.

The other two bedrooms are on the lower level and have queen-size and standard double-size beds respectively, along with a large lounge/TV room and lower deck. The third bathroom is on this level.

We have a high-speed fibre internet connection with unlimited data. Netflix and other streaming sources.
