Access to the properties( i have two apartments in this building, they are available from the second week of september until june)) is through a walled garden with orange and lemon trees. The garden also features a laundry area with washing machine and a fully-tiled outside shower. The apartment itself is situated on the second floor of a 19th century building, which has been internally reconstructed. At the entrance there is a compact terrace with a table and chairs. Inside, the accommodation consists of two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with two single beds (a folding bed is also available to accommodate a fifth person), a kitchen area, a spacious living area with an open fire and television, and a bathroom with a shower. Free Internet access and parkingThe village of Palinuro, located on the lower slopes of an imposing headland which stretches, like an open hand, out into the Tyrrhenian Sea, presents a variety of geo-morphological features, and offers beach and sea holidays to suit all tastes.
The closest beach is the Ficocella. This is, in fact, a tiny, but delightful bay where it is possible to hire sunbeds and beach umbrellas. You can also take a boat from the landing stage on the beach for an unforgettable excursion to the many fascinating marine caves around the headland.
L’ingresso attraversa un giardino cinto da mura di agrumi dove c’è una bella doccia esterna in maiolica vietrese e un lavatoio con lavatrice. La casa è situata al secondo piano di un edificio ottocentesco interamente restaurato(nello stesso edificio ho una seconda casa, entrambe sono disponibili dalla seconda settimana di settembre a giugno), è composta da un piccolo terrazzino di ingresso con tavolo e sedie, da due camere da letto, una matrimoniale l’altra con due letti singoli (all’occorrenza un letto pieghevole può ospitare una quinta persona) ampio soggiorno con caminetto, cucina ,bagno, tv, posto auto.
