If you think, like us, that Brittany (western France) is an area of natural beauty, perhaps would you enjoy doing a swap with us?
So WELCOME in beautiful BRITTANY, its preserved and dramatic coast , but also all you need for your holidays . restaurants, coffee shops , crêperies , thalasso , festivals ,shops, white sandy beaches , the charm , the authenticity ,a real touristic destination . No ugly buildings , and far from mass tourism .

• in a charming sea -side village
• 15 km south Quimper ( 60 000 hbts )
• One Hour flight from Paris , 4 hours ½ by Train TGV
• A paradise for Hikers

Rest on the terrace and enjoy our NICE SEA VIEW
• Close to the beach ( 1 km )
• on a 18 hole Seaview GOLF course (150 m walking )
• The area is safe and quiet in a residential area.
• Our home 180 m2 with a garden 1500 m2,
• The house is sunny, with large windows.
• Comfortable Beds
• It is a comfortable house but not a luxurious one, but you have all amenities, including internet access.

We are EXPERIMENTED HOME EXCHANGERS since 1997 , (more than 30 swaps )- 3 hospitalities ( references available )
We made friends in USA AUstralia Italy ..... and we are always happy to do new friends everywhere .
Making friends is part of the swap , It's probably the most important .
We are both 62 / 62, partly-retired , easy going and respectful of your home as if it is ours , we can take care of your cat , water your garden .
Dominique ( Mr) was working in Telecommunication and Dominique( Mrs ) was a medical Doctor .

Our area is an authentic French area , preserved with a strong French culture and also its own Celtic culture .
Quiet, no act of violence , people are respectful of others .
You can enjoy the landscape , the Sea , the fabulous walking trail , the gastronomy but also the shopping , restaurants , golf , historic centre ….
You can take a flight and visit Paris … just one our flight or 4 ½ by TGV train

We are experimented home exchangers SINCE 1997; we shall take care of your home as it is our own home, look after your Garden.
We are non-smokers, respectful and quiet people. We shall let your home very clean. We expect the same from our hosts.
Be welcome in our home, we do hope you’ll enjoy our area and our home.
Feel free to contact us; we try to answer as soon as possible to everyone. (If you get no answer … your email has been lost in the big amount of mails so try again ….)

As we are only 2 people, and generally prefer to swap with 2 people...and specially in 2018
Our maid is coming 2 hours per week for helping (we pay her).

Our home isn’t suitable for pets but we can take care of your cat.

CAR EXCHANGE

Swap our old car (Laguna diesel 220 000 km) with a brand new one will not be fair
If you would swap the car too , it’s possible , you can take our OLD CAR to go around , our car can do it , "she" is well maintained , and we have a car assistance but this car is NO MORE available for long distances .. our car is too old to swap know … looking for a new one in a near future !

• 2018 AUGUST USA –( we have a flight arriving early June in LOS ANGELES )

We can swap too with a RV , a CAMPING CAR , or a 4WD with a CAMPING TRAILER or little CARAVAN , need only for 2 people ..Clean and Comfortable ... We are used to have a 4WD and are very careful and don’t do any hard 4wd... BUT NEED TO BE SURE YOUR INSURANCE COVER A COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE ALSO FOR FOREIGNERS -
We like hiking natural parks, quiet areas, swimming, walking....
