Our neighborhood is a collection of villas with full and part-time residents. We've enjoyed time here as a family with our children, and as a getaway with adult friends. Or you can take an invigorating hike up Garibaldi Hill for the impressive lookout over the volcano and exclusion zone. Dining is close by at the Isle Bay Beach Bar, the Vue Pointe Hotel, or Olveston House where you may stop in for drinks or dinner. A popular destination for recording artists in the 1970s, you'll find residents sharing stories of Sir George Martin's Aire Studios or performances at the Vue Pointe. Montserrat's resident volcano has been quiet for over ten years and lush greenery is returning to its base and hillsides.
