We are 1.5 miles from the Virginia Railway and Amtrak station at Burke Centre, VA (daily service to Alexandria, DC and Charlottesville, VA). Two metro stations (Vienna on the Orange line and Franconia-Springfield on the Blue line) are short 20 minute drives away. See DC's museums and monuments, Revolutionary and Civil War history, America's oldest wine region and the Shenandoah National Park all on day trips. See the Smithsonian's Udvar Hazy Air and Space Museum and the Space Shuttle Discovery.
