A luxuriously renovated 1899 church, now a remarkable family home. Centrally located 1 hour west of Toronto and 90 minutes from Niagara Falls. Walkable to the vibrant downtown core of Guelph, known for its festivals, restaurants, university and green spaces.

We are experienced exchangers since 2006. We've taken many interesting trips with our 4 kids who are now young adults. With our youngest heading away to university in 2022, we are exploring home exchanges as a couple again. We speak English and French.

Our open-concept home is architecturally interesting and comes well-equipped with a hot tub, swimming pool with waterfalls, outdoor living area with gas fireplace and BBQ, chef's kitchen, bicycles, home theatre, piano, fireplace, friendly neighbours and many other features. Two rivers with trails, train/bus station and all downtown amenities are within a 5-15 minute walk. We will leave you lots of instructions and suggestions of things to do. We have friendly tenants living in the basement.

Our home has 6 bedrooms and a third-storey loft with a long window seat. One bedroom is used as an office and one is set up as a home gym, with a sofa bed. The each of the other 4 bedrooms has either a queen or a double bed, with an ensuite bathroom attached to the master bedroom.

We are open to all offers and locations. We are particularly interested in opportunities in Kelowna and Vancouver, as we have kids attending school in both cities.

We do have a second home available, depending on the time of year. It is a lakefront cabin 2.5 hours from our main home, near Gravenhurst, and is intermittently available June to September.
