We live in the middle of Europe in a wine-growing area on the edge of Neusiedl am See (9000 inhabitants) with a very beautiful view of Lake Neusiedl. There are single-family houses around our house.

Our daughter (30) lives in Vienna and is happy to be present at the handover. She is available for all questions.

Our house is furnished to a very high standard with art and design. Also: Bang and Olufsen TV and Music System with 6 loudspeakers, Miele kitchen appliances, air conditioning, parking deck with shower and toilet and rowing machine. TV in both bedrooms, walk-in wardrobe, old trees in the garden with pond and two terraces with great views, gas grill and Big Green egg.

40 minutes to Vienna city center, 2 hours to Budapest, 3 hours and 30 minutes to Salzburg, 4 hours to Prague, 70 minutes to the mountains, 10 minutes to the lakeside beach,
one of the largest European outlet centers in 15 minutes,

7 minutes on foot to the train station: from there there is an hourly train to Vienna (45 minutes)

Great restaurants and many cultural events in the area and of course in Vienna.

We would like to do the swap in 2022 between spring and autumn (3 to 6 months) to experience the American way of life.
