Our house is a semi-detached one in a quiet street and a 20-minute-walk from the town centre. A bakery, a butcher, banks, a pharmacy, a chemist's shop and a playground are only two minutes, several supermarkets five minutes away.
Our house has got 160sqm. On the ground floor there are the kitchen and the living room and a toilet. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. On the second floor there are the study, the master bedroom and another bathroom.

Wasserburg is a beautiful historic town East of Munich (1h). It is known for its Italian flair and there are plenty of things to do: Shops, cafes, restaurants, cinema or a public swimming pool are within walking distance.
